If you have found any value in the work we are attempting to accomplish, please consider making a donation as a gift to support our efforts– every little bit of support helps enormously!
When you donate to the Second Chance Foundation, you’ll help:
- Provide basic needs for women transitioning from prison to society
- Provide various job training and educational programs
- Operational costs (rent, utilities);
- Staffing and volunteer shortages
- Fund various charitable events and materials
- Funding for magazine publication
Donations received, not only goes to help with the women transitioning to the community from incarceration, but also supports our ability to provide the various trainings and services being offered to them on release. These programs help to build confidence and self-worth in the women, and within their family, thus reducing the occurrences of recidivism. We also accept food and clothing donations.
As a Non-Profit Organization, The Second Chance Foundation will provide receipts in a timely fashion.
