Developing healthy habits and self-care is at the center of The Second Chance Foundation's work. We believe that when woman puts herself first and makes efforts to improve her well-being, she can successfully change her life. We are looking at offering grooming services, self-defense and basic yoga training, healing circles through group consultation. Our hope is that connections will be forged and built in our community by the end of the sessions.
With the holiday season around the corner, TSCF is taking the opportunity to introduce our DYI Craft Workshop. You will learn how to create your own personalized gifts to your loved ones.
